Contract: the written contract sets the scope, the delivery standard, the schedule, and the fee.

Start: within 3 business days after the contract is signed, a delivery group is opened with a named contact and acceptance points.

Review: each delivery point comes with material to check. The client sends revision notes within 5 business days.

A refund requested after the contract is signed and before work has started is returned in full, by the original route, within 7 business days.

If work has started and the first stage is not yet delivered, the completed work is settled and the remainder is returned.

Once formal delivery has begun, settlement follows the milestone shares in the contract.
